More than pixels, less than boring.
I'm Rojin Rokhosh, a product designer based in Rome with 8 years of experience across fintech, SaaS, Web3, and healthcare.
Most recently I was the sole designer at Starcks; a Web3 football platform for two years. I ran the research, built the design system, designed the product, and shipped it. The platform reached 11,000 users.
Before that I was at Deriv in Malaysia, one of the largest online trading platforms in the world. Before that, Tehran. I care about the problem before the interface. My case studies show how I think, not just what I made.

How I Work
No ego. No noise. Just good work.
Listen first.
At Deriv, the brief was “design better onboarding.” The real problem turned out to be that new users didn't understand what the platform actually did or how to practice safely; so we designed a demo account before touching the onboarding flow.
Understand.
At Safarestan, users were dropping off before completing a flight search. Not a visual problem. The filter logic was returning dead-end results with no explanation; users assumed no flights existed, not that the filters were too narrow.
Explore widely.
At Aura Medical Clinic, the first three directions I explored were all wrong; too clinical, too luxury, too generic. The fourth one worked because I stopped looking at medical references and started looking at hospitality.
Design clearly.
At Resilience Agency, I maintain component libraries across 30+ active client sites simultaneously. Clarity in the system means any screen can be built consistently without revisiting decisions.
Deliver properly.
At Starcks, I stayed involved through development on every sprint. When the Figma file hit 350MB I rebuilt the entire system from scratch; 70MB, same coverage, faster handoff.
OFF THE CLOCK
Still moving, just differently.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually chasing movement.
Running long miles, showing up for marathons, pushing through cycling routes, or getting outplayed by my dog in the park.
These things keep me sharp, patient, and energized — which turns out to be pretty useful in design too.
